COVID-19 UPDATE:
AN UPDATE ON FACIAL COVERINGS: Facial coverings are now optional for our customers and our employees,following guidance from the CDC. If you prefer our employees wear a facial covering during your visit, please call and let us know when booking or prior to your arrival.
1. Guests: Expectant mother plus 5 guests Children are permitted to attend but should be managed by another responsible guest during the visit to assist the children in remaining seated and maintaining social distancing from employees and other clientele.
2. Please complete our registration form prior to your arrival if this is your first visit during your current pregnancy and you did not complete when booking online. A link can be found in your confirmation email.
3. Please call and cancel or reschedule your appointment if you have a fever over 100.4 degrees or any other symptoms of Covid-19 or have been exposed to anyone that has tested positive. Additionally, Guests should not attend that have a fever over 100.4 or exhibit symptoms of Covid-19 or have been exposed to anyone that has tested positive. You may reference CDC website for
symptoms.
